We wish our senior pupils, who are competing in the South-East Divisional Semi-Final of Scór na Páistí tomorrow, all the best of luck. It is taking place in Ballinspittle at 2pm. All support welcome.
This year we will represent Tracton in 6 sections; solo singing, ballad group, instrumental group, recitation, léiriú (short historical/cultural play) and the quiz team.
The children have worked hard and have reached a very high standard that they can be extremely proud of regardless of the results tomorrow in this highly contested competition.
They had a dress rehearsal yesterday in front of a tough audience of their peers and did exceedingly well. No doubt this will help with performing in front of a hall full of stranger which can be hugely daunting. Go n-éirí leo ar fad.
