Pancake Palava

Great fun was had on Shrove Tuesday, when the annual pancake making equipment was put into good use. Ms. O’ Dea started proceedinsg through Irish as her class followed their recipe, making the mix, pouring and flipping their very own pancakes.

Mr. O Callaghan took on the challenge of serving up pancakes to the rest of the school. No easy task but he had great assistants in all classes. We hope all the children helped as much at home.  More photos in gallery section.
